1. Use License

If you are continuing, you agree that these Terms govern your use of our cleaning services. This includes residential and commercial bookings and applies to all interactions with WDC Facility Services.

3. Your Contract With The Provider

When you book a service with WDC Facility Services, you enter into a direct contract with us as your cleaning provider. The contract begins once you confirm your booking through our website, phone, or email.

It covers all the specific services requested, agreed pricing, and scheduled time. Once you confirm, you agree to the terms outlined here. It includes responsibilities for access to the property and safe working conditions. This contract remains active until the service is completed or cancelled under these Terms.

3. Our Service Model

We offer a wide range of professional cleaning services across Melbourne. We follow a structured services model, and we deliver each service with a clear motive and planned outcomes.

Residential cleaning

You can request us for one-time or regular home cleaning. Our expert team cleans kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces using eco-friendly products.

Office cleaning

We manage day-to-day cleaning for businesses. It includes desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces that will keep your workspace fresh and professional.

Medical facility cleaning

For our specialist medical cleaning, we follow strict hygiene methods that help protect patients and staff. We disinfect high-touch areas and use hospital-grade solutions.

School cleaning

We create safe environments for students and teachers. Services include classroom cleaning, floor care, and sanitising play areas.

Carpet and floor care

We deep clean carpets and treat floors that help remove dirt, stains, and allergens, and restore freshness.

Window cleaning

We follow streak-free window cleaning and improve the natural light to enhance the look of homes and commercial buildings.

4. Payments & Security

We process the payment of our clients using trusted third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. These gateways are PCI-compliant and encrypt your details for safety. We never store your card information on our servers. 

After your confirmation of booking, you authorise payment collection upon completion of the service. Now it is your responsibility to maintain valid payment details and sufficient funds. All transactions are handled securely to protect you and your business.

5. Call Recording

When you contact WDC Facility Services by phone, your call may be recorded. We may record calls to maintain accurate booking details and confirm service agreements. These records also help us resolve disputes quickly if you ever have questions about our service arrangements or payments. 

These files are stored securely and accessed only by authorised team members. We never use these call recordings for marketing. By calling us, you are agreeing to this practice. If you prefer not to be recorded, please advise our team at the start of the call.

6. Dispute Resolution

We are dedicated to resolving all concerns about our cleaning services fairly and directly. In case you have a complaint, just let us know by emailing or calling us. Our team will review the issue and attempt to resolve it through open communication. 

In case the matter is complex enough, it may move to mediation with an independent third party in Victoria. Legal action is considered only as a last step. By using our service, you consent that disputes will be managed under Australian law and within Victorian courts.

7. Limitation of Liability

We deliver our cleaning services with care, but our liability is limited under these Terms. The details below will help you know

For Consumers

If we fail to meet these Terms, we are responsible only for loss or damage that is foreseeable. When we are working in your Melbourne property, we repair the damage we directly cause. But we are not responsible for pre-existing faults or hidden issues. 

Our liability is limited to the lower of AUD 5,000 or the total paid in the 12 months before a claim. Also, we do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It includes the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Fair Trading Act 2012 (VIC).

For Non-Consumers

In case you are not a consumer, our liability remains limited. For instance, we do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Beyond that, we are not liable for lost revenue. It also includes loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or data. We are also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These terms continue to apply even after your contract with WDC Facility Services ends.

Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations for any of the terms listed above. Just contact us within business hours in Melbourne. For short-notice cancellations, we may charge a fee. Also, we may reschedule or cancel services if safety, access, or unexpected issues arise.
